Fire Emblem: Three Houses is a tactical role-playing game, developed by Intelligent Systems and Koei Tecmo Games for the Nintendo Switch, and published worldwide by Nintendo on July 26, 2019. The game is an entry in the Fire Emblem series, and the first for home consoles since Fire Emblem: Radiant Dawn in 2007. Three Houses is set on the continent of Fódlan, divided between three rival nations now at peace, connected through the Garreg Mach Monastery. Taking the role of a former mercenary and new tutor at Garreg Mach, the player must choose a nation to support and guide them through a series of battles. The game carries over the turn-based tactical gameplay of earlier Fire Emblem titles, while incorporating social simulation and time management elements.

  1. PRT is Protection. That is the stat you should be looking at during battles. NOT Defense. Protection includes your defense as well as anything that adds onto that. The same goes for Resilience and Resistance.

  2. You might want to get Felix's supports with Seteth. It's a good support chain and reveals some of Felix's opinions and thoughts about knighthood and other things.

Also, Seteth's supports are just kind of fantastic in general. 😛

  3. So Felix is an unstoppable but frail glass cannon. What kind of weapon do you give him for his Relic?

Why, a shield that makes him basically invincible, of course. Game balance!

  4. I hope you do An Ocean View next time. It has a LOT of lore implications that I completely missed my first time through the game. (It might help you figure out how old Flayn is. ;P)

  5. The reason Cyril was missing so much is because when you use divine pulse, the rng roll stays the same. You already knew doing the same action after divine pulse has the same outcome as before it, but it’s not quite that simple. As an example let’s say the rng rolls an 87. This means that any attack with a hit rate lower than 87 will miss and changing your weapon or using divine pulse will not change that. The roll will only change if you attack, meaning that Cyril could’ve hit if you attacked someone else with a different unit, and then attacked the armor knight with Cyril. Hopefully this explanation clears some things up.

  6. Fun fact: A lot of the meme-y behavior in 3H was actually inspired from their mobile spin-off, Fire Emblem Heroes. While they are developing that game, Intelligent Systems learned to loosen up their seriousness with the FE franchise a bit while also retaining the quality of the game.

Other effects in 3H were largely influenced by FEH’s meta game too. A prime example would be the Dancer class: in FEH they are extremely good. Because of that nature, Intelligent Systems rose the value of the class to where even just 1 of them on the field was considered good, while in the past series you would need more than 1 to accomplish the mission effectively.

  7. Missing 94% hit rates, and receiving 2% crits. This is some XCOM levels of memery.

With each battle, I can feel Nico's disdain for Cyril grow, which is a shame because I like seeing him use Cyril. I will admit that his performance is bit inconsistent due to having low growth rates. If you want him to preform better, I recommend leveling his bow skill, as he gets a pretty damn good combat art at around B rank. Equipping battalions that increase his accuracy/ hit rate is also helpful since axes have the worst hit out of all physical weapons

  8. Usually going straight for the boss in a saving allies mission is usually a bad idea. Unless you have a long range warp user of course.

Glenn died in thr Tragedy of Duscur. "He died like a true knight" is something Felix hates. As he feels people, including his father, says he deserved such a noble death. You can see how Felix hates that…

  9. Without being spoilery, the reason why the Tragedy changed the way Felix sees Knights is because it made the entire idea of knighthood fall apart: you aren't expected to protect the people as knights often 'pride' to do, you are just bound to a pompous duty that, sometimes, helps people in need, but most of the time boost your ego and sends people to their deaths.
The fact Rodrigue, instead of worrying for the villagers who are HIS charges, did it because of his prestige just puts salt on Felix's wound.

  10. Just a heads up Nico, when you tutor someone, there's a chance that you can actually get a bad result. Depending on the person, they'll respond to two choices: console or critique. If you pick the right choice, their motivation will go up. If you choose wrong, you will get screwed over and your tutoring session will end then and there. Hope this helps in the future!

  11. Felix hates Chivalry for several reasons, the main one being that he feels that the idea of dying for the sake of chivalry is both foolish and inhumane. You shouldn't be expected to give up everything for duty and it shouldn't be normal to write off a loved ones death just because it was their job to die.

  12. Are past games memeble?

    BBQs with Arvis
    “Of course, Interesting Maneuver”
“If I were not a Holy Women I would beat you senseless”
“IS IT THE DAWN BRIGADE? No, it was just a bird”
    Any and all Incest
    “5 POINTS”
    Radd Quetz

That is just the tip of the FE iceberg my friend, let’s all thanks to our Meme Lord Mangs
